Irish and international artists have been invited to explore the Chester Beatty Library's collection of manuscripts and illustrations focusing on garden and related imagery, which express man's spiritual and physical need to create, cultivate and depict gardens.
In all, thirty-nine artists, including Christopher le Brun, Brian Burke, Elizabeth Blackadder, William Crozier, Hughie O'Donoghue and Gwen O'Dowd have made limited edition prints.
