Fingal County Council Artist's Residency
at Graphic Studio Dublin

Photographer & Film Maker Sally Ann Kelly was awarded with the unique opportunity to avail of an intensive master class programme at Dublin's most established print Studio, Graphic Studio Dublin. Sally Ann Kelly is currently exhibiting as part of recent graduate exhibition Unknown Knowns at Draiocht. The exhibition at Draiocht and this partnership with Graphic Studio Dublin is all part of Fingal Arts Office's commitment to the local emerging artist and graduate. The master class will facilitate Sally Ann to learn a range of specialist printing skills under the tutelage of master printmaker Robert Russell at the state of the art Graphic Studio Dublin. We hope that Sally Ann will benefit greatly from the experience and we look forward to see what develops from this opportunity.

Sally Anne Kelly recently completed her MA in performance design & Practice at Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design, London. In 2010 she studied experimental sceneography and music at Jacques le Coq International School of Theatre, Paris, after completing her BA Fine Art at the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2008. Her work has been shown in exhibitions and film festivals internationally and in 2011, she was awarded (with her collaborator Kevin Gaffney, the Grand Prix from the Sapporo Biennale art competition to create their project, Leaving a Vacuum in which Compasses and our Internal Navigation Systems Fail to Work, in Hokkaido for presentation at the Biennale in Japan, 2014.
