Andreas Eriksson was born in Bjorsater in 1975. He was educated at
the Royal University College of Fine Arts, Stockholm from 1993-1998.
Andreas has been described as one of his generations most inventive
and versatile artists and was the only Scandinavian invited to partake
in Urgent Painting, Musee d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, 2002.
Andreas has had a number of solo shows in Scandinavia and he is
represented in many public and private collections including the
National Public Art Council, Sweden, The Modern Museum in Stockholm,
European Central Bank, Frankfurt and Gothenburg Museum of Art.
